Who am I?

Since I already introduced myself on the “About” section of this website, I won’t bore you again with all the details about why I decided to start this blog in the first place. I will tell you that I just want to help you. I want you to feel amazing, energized, fit, healthy and beautiful! I will start this blog off by tell you that the easiest way to begin this journey into your new lifestyle is to JUST START! Wake up tomorrow morning with a plan. Before your feet hit the floor, I want you to just think for a moment what you want to do for the day. Give yourself 3 things to focus on for the day. They can be anything that you wish to accomplish.

They can be as simple as:

1) Drink water every hour today

2) Don’t work too late tonight

3) Go to grocery store to buy lunches to prepare for the week

Pretty simple right? You would be amazed at what happens when you change your mindset the minute you wake up to do the things that you want to do for the day. Suddenly, you DO THEM!

I am telling you this works. If you just start, pick easy goals, complete them then all of a sudden you become a machine that cannot be stopped!

Try this and let me know how it works out for you. If it works the first day, please do it again the next day and keep going! Your goals can change daily. They should be whatever you want to achieve that day!
